By accessing or using BytCrush ("we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
BytCrush provides online file compression, conversion, and optimization tools. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Refunds
Paid subscriptions and credit packs are non-refundable, except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, infringing on rights, or contains malware. We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the files you upload. We claim no ownership over your content. The BytCrush interface, branding, and code are owned by us.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the results will meet your requirements or be error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall BytCrush be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BytCrush operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
