Pricing & billing FAQ

Do unused subscription credits roll over to the next month?+

No. Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing period. Any unused subscription credits are cleared when your new monthly allocation is added.

Do Pay As You Go credit packs ever expire?+

No. Credits purchased through Pay As You Go packs do not expire. They stay in your account until you use them, which is ideal if your usage is bursty or seasonal.

Can I change or cancel my subscription at any time?+

Yes. You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal in the dashboard. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Where can I download invoices and receipts?+

All invoices and receipts are available in your Lemon Squeezy billing portal. Open the dashboard, click "Manage subscription & invoices", and you can view and download your full billing history.

Do you offer refunds on subscriptions or credit packs?+

Subscriptions and credit packs are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact support and we’ll review it for you.
